Our culottes two-piece is a lovely addition to your wardrobe and can be dressed up + down for all occasions.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR FABRIC + PLACE YOUR ORDER:

1. Choose your fabric by heading to our instagram fabric gallery

Each fabric has a reference number & details of which of our designs + sizes it is suitable for. Comment on the instagram post or email us via info@theemperorsoldclothes.co.uk to reserve it – we generally only have enough of each fabric for 1-2 garments so this step is really important!

2. Place your order here – double-check you have the correct garment style.

Your fabric reservation lasts for 72 hours so please place your order during this time otherwise the fabric will become available to other customers.

Important: make sure to write your size, sleeve preference + fabric reference number in the order notes when you are entering your payment details.

3. Sit back, make a cup of tea + get excited about your one of a kind garment!

GARMENT DETAILS:

The flared bottoms are made with a high-waist and generous deep pockets and you can choose the sleeve length of the crop top as well.

Handmade from scratch with high quality vintage or end of roll fabric, the flared culottes fastens with a side popper and side zip fastening.

WAYS TO WEAR:

This crop top + culotte two-piece set is a versatile wardrobe addition offering three outfits in one:

Wear the whole two-piece with your favourite shoes for outfit number 1

Style the crop top with high waisted jeans or a skirt for outfit number 2.

Pair the skirt with a black top or plain white shirt + ankle boots or heels for a casual look for outfit number 3.

Two-pieces are for all year round: when the temperature drops add boots, high socks & some cosy cashmere to the whole ensemble.

Feel good fashion! This crop-top & culotte two-piece will be created by our small team in our Brighton studio for a living wage. Every piece we make is totally unique and will not be reproduced.

My culottes two piece with shoulder ties is such a workhorse. This was one of my first purchases from this great company, and I still love it. Adorable together, versatile pieces to mix with other things, and the fit (especially with the elastic in the waist) works through body changes.

I have X2 fabulous culottes two-piece sets and I couldn’t be happier with them. The team were really helpful in figuring out my sizes for the first one and helping me decide on a good crop length for the top. For my second set, I sent them some fabric that was very special to me, it was something left to me by my nan years ago after she passed away and I’d been holding onto it for a really long time. She was a fantastic seamstress and I didn’t want to waste the fabric trying to do something myself and messing it up! I didn’t tell the team this at the time (added pressure am I right?) but they sent me back the most beautiful two-piece that is really special to me and I couldn’t be happier with it.

My two piece wide leg trousers and top is amazing. I went for a kelidoscope pink picture print. With classic pockets, sweetheart neckline and gathered short sleeve with sleeve frills. I ADORE them, they’re so versatile I get so much use out of them to wear together and separately. A real edgy classic ♥️
