It simply reduces trash and saves up to 80% of CO2 emissions compared to single-use packaging.In addition, The Emperor’s Old Clothes donates 10 pence to Fibershed for every returned Emperor’s Circular Packaging.

Do your shopping normally at The Emperor’s Old Clothes. All purchases are automatically delivered in a RePack. How easy is that?

However, please note that if your purchase does not fit into a RePack, it will be shipped in regular packaging.

RePack is a reusable packaging, but for this to work, we need your help.

Once you have received your goods, simply fold the return flap outside and close the packaging. Drop RePack to your nearest postbox. Return is already paid for. This way we can keep the party going!

How to get Emperor’s Circular Packaging delivery?

The Emperor’s Old Clothes packages all purchases in a RePack. We offer free shipping but ask for a small contribution towards the cost of your RePack.

On a low income and can’t afford to pay for your garment + contribute to your RePack? Simply delete the RePack from your basket and we will cover it’s cost – (this is offered on a trust basis).

Already purchased a RePack and returned it to Emperor’s HQ? No need to purchase a new one! If you keep returning it to us we will keep using it for your future purchases.

Alternatively return your RePack via freepost to RePack HQ + we will donate 10 pence to Fibershed.

Returning your empty Emperor’s Circular Packaging is easy! Turn the attached address label saying “Reply paid” visible on top of the package, close it with the included velcro and drop it into the nearest post box.

Need to return your purchase?

The Emperor’s Circular Packaging with the purchases need to be returned to The Emperor’s Old Clothes.

Customer return instructions are inside the packaging. If you did not receive the instructions, please follow these instructions at The Emperor’s Old Clothes website. Also, note when closing RePack:

  • Close the RePack with the velcro and some tape.
  • Stick the The Emperor’s Old Clothes return label on the front of the RePack on top of the tape. Use more tape if necessary
  • Important! Please make sure RePack return label is not visible when returning the purchase as this will cause a delay in your return.
