Place your fabric reservation deposit to reserve your chosen fabric for up to 14 days. Please make sure to write the fabric reference number in the order notes.

When you are ready to place your order within the next 14 days please place your order using the coupon code FABRICDEP25 to deduct your deposit

*Please note: fabric reservation fees are non-refundable. If you decide you no longer want to place an order for your reserved fabric please contact us via info@theemperorsoldclothes.co.uk and we will send you a store credit coupon code that can be used against a future purchase. This coupon code will be valid for up to 6 months.

IMPORTANT: If you do not place an order within 6 months of receiving your coupon code you will no longer be able to use your fabric reservation fee as store credit.

All our clothing and accessories are hand-tailored from scratch in our Brighton studio. Most pieces are completely unique and created using mainly vintage and end-of-roll fabrics. Please make sure you read our Returns Policy in full before placing your order.

Please note we do our best to source the highest quality vintage fabrics. Because your garment is created from vintage cloth it needs a little extra love and care. Please make sure you test wash the fabric using the fabric sample provided. These fabrics are non-stretch so don’t expect it to have as much movement as a new pair of jeans or leggings which contain lots of elastane.

We create every item with love and care – we know you want to wear you one of a kind item again and again and again so we are on hand if after a while it needs a little tlc so please keep in touch.

Design you own orders take 6-9 weeks to create before being shipped via your selected shipping method.
